I do own this device. However, I do think monopolar devices are better for a deeper more lasting treatment and clients should know the difference. These work with a glass sphere design and to the reviewer saying another type of serum or cream will clog it is false, period, there is nothing to clog. With a bipolar device you just can’t get the results of a monopolar RF. It’s just the way it is. This is overpriced as they do sell monopolar devices which cost about the same and you have a lot more attachments, and you can visibly see the tightness after the session and it lasts months after a few frequent uses at first. There is some mild discomfort but nothing most can’t handle. Just something to consider… overall for the pampered facial it works. (And of course you want to generate more income ?with something that requires more frequent use…but the client should know all the kinds of RF that are out there to make an educated choice.

I love it, it's my new BF. There is an immediate, evident tightening under my chin and of my neck which is exactly what I was hoping for. Also, the LED feature has given my mature face a glow and light about it. So far, I've just been "playing" with it, haven't even laid out a specific protocol for myself yet so I expect things will only get better. I wish I had bought it sooner but have to say it was the recent sale that pushed me to give it a try.

It’s always questionable when purchasing at home machines, but I felt the difference after one use. I am now using it in conjunction with microchanneling (I wait 72 hours) and it is definitely enhancing my results with skin tightening.

Zero pain. Super comfortable ( unlike micro-current, which can “zap” ). This device gave noticeable “taughtness”. I actually noticed a tightening effect the next day, and the prescribed products further amplify penetration of firming and brightening nutrients — on top of the muscle and skin tissue being energized and firmed up. Especially below the chin line ( the beginnings of “jowls”, the cheeks and forehead.

I’m really excited to keep the momentum going, now that I see and FEEL the result.
