I initially started shopping here when I saw that it was created by women of color and the ingredients were minimal and clean. I am extremely pleased with these products! Recently I was contacted by Chi, an account manager and it was nice to have a direct point of contact for questions or concerns. My last order was missing an item and it was quickly corrected and sent to me. I also love the deals they run from time to time!
